Matthew Leggett
Matthew’s journey in private service began over 20 years ago in high-level personal security before progressing into estate and household management for some of the world’s most respected families. His career has taken him across the globe, overseeing multi-residence operations and supporting clients with everything from staffing and logistics to security and private travel.
Matthew brings a grounded, solutions-led approach to Optir, backed by years of practical experience and a strong network of trusted professionals. His ability to manage complex environments with calm confidence is a cornerstone of the Optir ethos: seamless service, delivered with integrity.
sophie leggett
With 20 years of experience supporting prominent UHNW families, Sophie brings a rare combination of insight, empathy and operational excellence to her role. Beginning her career as a Private PA, she went on to lead a full Family Office in London, managing over 20 staff and overseeing a complex network of properties, events and personal affairs.
Today, Sophie also heads up Optir Luxury Travel, curating exclusive, end-to-end travel experiences for clients worldwide. Her global perspective, meticulous planning, and network of elite partners ensure every journey is seamless, personalised and effortlessly luxurious.
Sophie is known for her calm precision and ability to bring structure to even the most dynamic of lifestyles. Her experience at the highest level of private service has shaped Optir’s gold standard for client care - discreet, anticipatory and always a step ahead.
